Hagen Götz Hastenteufel is a partner with A.T. Kearney where he leads the Leadership, Change & Organization Practice for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With extensive experience in management consulting, he supports large-scale transformation programs for international clients in the areas of organization, process reengineering, and change management. Hagen is based in A.T. Kearney’s Berlin office.

Hagen earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and a master’s degree in business administration from Toulouse Business School in France. He also has a doctorate in telecommunications and an MBA from the Technical University of Berlin.
